This module will help you write daily and build a writing routine. Within a few weeks you will start loving your writing routine and look forward to it every day. The module is designed to help you build a process for writing daily.   

It takes into consideration individual needs and accordingly customizes the approach to build a writing habit. It is delivered through daily one-on-one engagement on WhatsApp chats. You will get daily guidance, motivation, content related to building a writing habit, and a platform to discuss anything about your writing with someone who is equally passionate about writing.

Duration and Fees

It is a monthly subscription service. To build any habit successfully, it is highly recommended to use this service for at least 3 months.

After 3 months, you may opt out of it if you think you have built the habit and can continue it on your own. Or, you can continue using the service for more months if you think it is helping you add significant value to your meditation experience.

FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

What will be the response time on WhatsApp for any query?

It will be anywhere between immediate response to up to 4 hours. Your replies will be typed by a human being, not a machine. Sometimes, they may be occupied with other work and may take time to reply.

What is the preferred time to send messages on WhatsApp?

You can send your messages anytime during the 24-hour period. Ideally, you should message between 6 AM to 10 PM. Messages sent after 10 PM will likely get a response only the next morning.

What is the purpose of daily guidance over chat?

The idea is to have a human friend by your side with whom you can discuss anything about your habit. The person on the other end is an expert in building habits. He/She will clarify your doubts, motivate you daily, and make you accountable for your daily actions. Essentially, you will get a personal habit coach.

Will it really help in building habits?

This method has been tested on hundreds of people and all of them have successfully developed the habit they wanted to develop. It will likely help you if you are committed to developing a habit.

What if I skip doing it on some days?

There may be some exceptional days when you will skip. But your personal habit coach will make sure you get back to your activities immediately. 99.99% of the time we will ensure you do not skip for two consecutive days!

Building a habit is a slow process. Also, it varies from person to person. So, it will take anywhere between 21 days to 60 days to see some benefits. It is also dependent on the type of habit being developed. Patience is one of the keys to building any good habit.

Can I develop two or more habits at a time in this program?

This program will help you build one habit at a time. After building one habit, you may join a different module to build another habit. Also, trying to develop multiple habits at once is not recommended.
